Full transparency: Grounds & Browns is an April Fool's joke. The vestibules are real. The coffee dream is real. Whether it actually happens is another matter entirely.
When you submit the pre-reserve form, we collect your name, email address, town, and roast preference. That's it. No tracking pixels, no cookies beyond what your browser handles natively.
Your email will be added to the Eat Vermont community list. Eat Vermont sends occasional updates about Vermont food, pop-ups, and local happenings — including any news about whether Grounds & Browns actually materializes into something real.
We will not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time from any Eat Vermont email.
This site launched on April 1, 2026. The concept — a specialty coffee pop-up operating out of two converted porta-potty vestibules on a Vermont main street — is genuine in spirit, provisional in execution. If it happens, pre-reservees will hear first. If it doesn't, you'll have a very good story.
